Please email the following info items and if this is a correction, be sure to tell what date the event was formerly scheduled for so we can remove the old listing. Use the name currently on the calender when referring to it to avoid confusion. We need to know:

| What: | A description of the event. Keep it short for the district calendar. More info may be included on district web site as time/room. |
| When: | Date, begin and end time. Note: If a correction, you must include time/date currenty listed or email will be returned for completion. |
| Where: | Location. Directions are nice but won't fit on the district calendar. The webmaster may be able to include them and links to maps on the district web site. |
| Who: | Who should attend, who is invited. Will go on district web site as space permits. |
| Contact: | Need a phone number or email of at least one point of contact person for the event. We assume that as a trustworty scouter you have gotten their permission to supply this info for publishing. |
| Your name: | We need your name, phone, email in case we have questions. |
| Misc info: | Cost? Bring? Don't bring? Prerequistes? |
